Our Little Story

Here’s the quick love story on us on how they started Wild North Home Offers in Charlotte, North Carolina . When they first met, Mike and Syd were both working at a, Oil & Gas Company that used Hydraulic Frac Services to extract Natural Gas. Mike was working in the field as a Field Engineer, overseeing the day to day data and production operations. Syd was working in the office as a Safety Manager were she worked with management to keep the company within OSHA and EPA regulations (oh yeah, she was THAT person). Which is great because it works out well on site at any house flips!⛑

A shared passion for helping others and creating drew them together and the rest, as they say, is history! A passion for family and being able to give back, drives this Real Estate investment company. Not to mention all the HGTV episodes 😯.

Mike Rhoads

Founder/Head of Acquisitions

After accumulating extensive experience in the oilfield industry, where he endured grueling schedules, high-pressure situations, and a nomadic lifestyle, Mike determined it was time to prioritize his familial connections.

Consequently, he embarked on a new path, investing his time and resources into establishing As Prescribed Media, a thriving marketing company. Through this venture, Mike, along with Syd, discovered the means to pursue substantial investments within the North Carolina Region.

In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Mike has held pivotal roles as a Business Development Manager and Marketing Manager for Sewer Daddy, the premier trenchless sewer line repair company in the Northeast. His contributions to the organization have been instrumental in solidifying its position as a leader in the industry.

Apart from his professional endeavors, Mike remains steadfast in his faith, blessed with a loving spouse and two exceptional children. Driven by an innate passion for the great outdoors, he seamlessly integrates these personal values and experiences into every investment project.

Through this holistic approach, Mike creates a dynamic synergy, uniting his family's aspirations with his business ventures, thereby forging a path towards collective achievement.
